Welcome to Staffing Management Group! We are a tech driven company and utilize a lot of different platforms to create a streamlined and efficient process for USA Staffing Services, Everest Recruiting and Arango & Associates.

The SMG Support Center was created to assist you with most of our technology related systems, platforms or hardware questions you may have. You will need to officially sign into the support center at https://support.staffingmanagementgroup.com.

2. Click the "Sign in with Microsoft" option and enter your Microsoft credentials.

Once you're signed in, you can access all resource articles available. In the future, if you run into an issue and none of the posted articles cover what you need assistance with, click here to submit a support ticket. Here is an article on how to submit a support ticket.

You will set aside around 2 hours with the Computer Information Systems Manager to make sure you computer, workstation and software's are setup properly with no issues. The goal of this orientation is to make sure you are confident with the software's you will use before diving into the day-to-day business operations.

Please access your LastPass account setup email and setup your account so we can access your accounts. LastPass is a password management software that allow you to generate and save secured login in a vault. Click here for instructions on setting up your account.
