- Type in https://support.staffingmanagementgroup.com/ into your website browser
- Click Sign In at the top right corner
- You will be prompted to use Microsoft credentials to log into the Zendesk system.
- From the main menu, you will find the announcements and FAQs These will be updated throughout the year and SMG plans on creating a library of Knowledge base articles.
- To submit a ticket request, click Submit a request.
- You can also view you profile, activities and previous requests by clicking on your hyperlinked name in the top right corner of the page.
- Once you click submit a request, you will have multiple form options:
- SMG Helpdesk Request
- For standard helpdesk requests such as best practice questions, Internet, software or hardware issues.
- New Employee IT Setup
- A manager will submit this when they need a new employee’s software and computer systems setup.
- SMG Helpdesk Request
- New Hardware Request
- A manager will submit this when an employee needs a new type of hardware ordered for the office.
- Employee Off-boarding Request
- A manager will submit this when an employee needs to be off-boarded, and access removed from the internal system.
- Select the desired request and your form will
- Complete the form to fit your Click Submit.
- Once submitted, you can view your tickets updates and status by viewing Requests.
Notes:
- All fields are required unless the header reads “(optional)” next to
- Keep the subject line brief but understandable for the request
- Be as descriptive as possible in the Description
- If there is an urgent need and you do not have time to submit a ticket, please call or message through teams and the ticket can always be created on the admin side. Emergencies only.
- You can respond to the tickets via the automated
